Inspix operates on a 'Local-First' basis. We do not require user account creation, login, or registration. We do not maintain a database of your personal information, vehicle history, or generated reports. All data is stored locally on your device and is lost if you delete the application.
To generate the vehicle inspection report and risk level, the photos you take are transmitted temporarily to our AI provider, Google Gemini (Google LLC). These images are sent solely for the purpose of analysis and report generation. We do not store, share, or sell these images. Once the analysis is returned to your device, the processing is complete.
Since we do not require an account, we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. You remain completely anonymous while using the application.
All payments for detailed reports are processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card information or billing details. All financial transactions are handled directly between you and Apple.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties for marketing or advertising. The only third-party data transfer occurs securely with Google Gemini solely for the functional purpose of analyzing your vehicle photos.
Because we do not store your data on our servers, you have full control over your data retention. Deleting the app from your device will permanently delete all reports, photos, and history associated with the app.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. As the app does not collect personal data, it is safe for use by general audiences.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Since we do not collect email addresses to notify you, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated policy.
