Scope of Service
Inspix is an AI-powered visual analysis tool designed to assist in identifying visible vehicle damage. It provides a 'Risk Level' and a condition report based on user-uploaded photos.
No Professional Advice & Disclaimer
CRITICAL: The reports and risk levels generated by Inspix are for informational purposes only. The app uses Artificial Intelligence which may be prone to errors. We are NOT licensed mechanics, insurance adjusters, or financial advisors. The app cannot detect internal mechanical issues, undercarriage damage, or non-visible defects. You should never rely solely on this app for buying, selling, or safety decisions. Always seek a professional in-person inspection.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the photos you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. You retain full ownership of your photos.
Purchases and Refunds
Detailed reports are available for purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. As this is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Apple Support and must be requested through your Apple ID account settings.
Intellectual Property
The Inspix app, including its code, design, branding, and algorithms, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the app without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspix and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses in vehicle transactions or missed vehicle defects.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app (temporarily or permanently) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
