Meelie provides AI-assisted meal planning features, including personalized meal suggestions based on preferences such as dietary choices, allergies, nutrition goals, and profile settings. Meelie is for informational and lifestyle support purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Meelie. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must use Meelie with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Meelie does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Meal suggestions are general recommendations and may not be suitable for all users. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related or dietary decisions, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific nutritional requirements.

Food Allergy & Safety Disclaimer

While Meelie aims to respect allergy and dietary inputs, we cannot guarantee that any recipe or recommendation is completely allergen-free or risk-free. You are responsible for reviewing all ingredients, labels, preparation methods, and cross-contamination risks before consuming any meal.

AI-Generated Content

Meal plans and related content are generated with AI and may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information. You are responsible for verifying all outputs (including ingredients, cooking steps, nutrition data, and costs) before use.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• 1.Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases.
• 2.Subscription terms, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple account.
• 3.Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically according to Apple's policies.
• 4.Refund requests are handled by Apple, not Meelie.

User Responsibilities

• 1.Do not use Meelie for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• 2.Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with app functionality.
• 3.Do not misuse generated content in ways that violate laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, design, software, and related materials (excluding user-provided input and third-party content) are owned by Meelie or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of Meelie except as allowed by law.

Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Meelie at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Meelie if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected. You may stop using Meelie at any time by uninstalling the app.

Limitation of Liability
